Shipping policy

At SEWA Ruaab we aspire to make your shopping experience memorable and outstanding. Hence, we have established a partnership with Delhivery Private Limited to provide a smooth and efficient delivery of our product. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You can track your order once its dispatched. Once the order has shipped it would take 5-7 business days to deliver the order to your location. There might be potential delays in shipping due to COVID. 

  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Free local delivery is available for orders over INR 1000. For orders under INR 1000, we charge a nominal fee of INR 100-200 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10 A.M to 6 P.M from Monday to Saturday. Delhivery will contact you via the mobile number with the number you provided at checkout to notify you when the shipment is out for delivery on the day of our arrival. 

Only domestic deliveries are available at this point in time. 

  

HOW DO I CHECK STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sewaruaab@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In case you are not available at your delivery address during the time of delivery, our delivery executive will make two more attempts to deliver the order before returning it back to us. The customer is requested to provide the correct address to reduce delivery attempts and additional costs for us.  

 

PAYMENT POLICY 

Customers can make payments using the following methods - 1. Debit card, 2. Credit card, 3. Net-banking, 4. UPI, 5. E-wallet [Paytm]

Cash on delivery options is not available at this point in time.

We have established a partnership with Paytm for a payment gateway facility.
